How to Cook Veal
Eating veal used to be a bit of a faux pas. But not anymore. Young calves are raised a lot differently than they used to be, due in part to millions of people boycotting veal for several years. So, since veal is raised differently now, the meat is actually not as good as it used to be. But that's okay.
Calves get more exercise than they used to, so they taste a little different. The meat also looks different. Veal used to be almost white or light pink, but now it's a bit darker. Don't worry, it's still good.
