Broiled Lobster Tails with Butter and Lemon
The easiest way to broil the lobster tail is to skewer it and steam it for a bit. This will keep it from curling up when it's cooked.
Lobster is a very versatile seafood in the kitchen. It can be broiled, steamed, boiled, fried, or baked. It even works well when deep-fried. I've eaten it more than once, and it was good. As far as cooking live lobsters it is most traditional to boil them in a big pot while they are still alive and serve them with butter and lemon. Some of you may object to killing a lobster by boiling it to death. If that is the case you can kill them first by sticking a knife into their brains right between their eyes. Either way, that lobster is going to die and you are going to eat it. Because it is delicious!
